Designed by the visionary team at ESG Architecture & Design, this multifamily project captures the spirit of city living — stylish, ever-evolving, and rich with personality. StyleNations was proud to collaborate on this exceptional space, bringing a tailored suite of custom furnishings that echo NOVEL’s bold identity. At the heart of the social spaces is our Gigi booth, a sculptural, fully upholstered sectional in deep sapphire velvet. It’s the kind of piece you don’t just sit in — you settle, you linger, you feel something. The round, embracing form anchors the room with softness and statement in equal measure. We complemented the booth with custom brass side tables, each one designed with a geometric base that feels both artful and architectural — form meets function, with a hint of flirt. The materiality plays beautifully against the velvet, catching the light and adding warmth to the mood.
